1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of hrxworldwide.com (the “website”), operated by HRX Worldwide (“HRX”, “we”, “us”), a company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By using the website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. About our services

HRX provides HR solutions (HR outsourcing, payroll, PRO services, insurance procurement, accounting and HR software), visa solutions, recruitment services and advisory services, including business setup. The website gives general information about these services and lets job seekers view jobs and submit CVs, and employers send enquiries.

Services for employers are provided under a separate written agreement. If there is a conflict between these terms and that agreement, the agreement applies.

3. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or someone else’s information.
• Upload files that contain viruses or harmful code.
• Try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or its data.
• Copy, scrape or collect job listings or other content in bulk without our written permission.
• Send spam or use the forms for anything other than their intended purpose.
• Use the website in a way that could damage it or affect other users.

We may suspend or block access to the website, or remove submissions, if we believe these terms have been broken.

4. Job seekers

• You confirm that the information and CV you submit are accurate, up to date and your own.
• Submitting a CV or application does not guarantee an interview, job offer or placement.
• We will only share your CV with an employer after discussing the role with you and getting your permission.
• HRX does not charge job seekers any fee for finding them employment. If anyone asks you for money in the name of HRX Worldwide, do not pay and report it to us.
• Employers make their own hiring decisions. We are not responsible for an employer’s decisions, offers or conduct.

5. Job listings

We try to keep job listings accurate and up to date, but details such as salary, location and requirements are provided by or on behalf of employers and may change. A role may be filled or withdrawn at any time, even if it still appears on the website. Job listings are not an offer of employment.

6. Employers

Enquiries sent through the website are requests for information and do not create a contract. Our services, fees and replacement terms are set out in a proposal or agreement that we agree with you in writing.

Candidate information we share with you is confidential. You may only use it to assess the candidate for the role we introduced them for, and you must handle it in line with applicable data protection laws.

7. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, design, logos and graphics, belong to HRX Worldwide or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content for any other purpose without our written permission.

Some images on the website are used under licence from third parties.

8. Content you send us

When you submit a CV, application or message, you allow us to store, use and share it for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You remain the owner of your content.

9. Third party links and services

The website may include links to other websites and content from third parties, such as maps. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

10. Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided for general information only. Articles, salary guides and career advice are not legal, financial or immigration advice. Rules on visas, labour and Emiratisation change over time, so please check current requirements with the relevant authority or a qualified adviser.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error free or free from viruses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute relating to these terms or the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
