HRX Worldwide (“HRX”, “we”, “us”) is a recruitment and HR services company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We operate the website hrxworldwide.com.

This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal data when you visit our website, apply for a job, submit your CV, send us an enquiry or use our services. We handle personal data in line with the data protection laws that apply to us, including the UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. • Job seekers: your name, email, phone number, current location, preferred sector and role, years of experience, notice period, your CV and anything you choose to include in it or in your message.
• Employers: your name, company name, work email, phone number, the services you are interested in and details about the roles you want to fill.
• Newsletter subscribers: your email address.
• Other contact: information you share when you call, email or meet us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, our servers and service providers may record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. Our website uses a small number of cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Information from other sources

We may receive information about candidates from referees, job boards, professional networking sites or people who recommend you, where this is lawful.

CVs often contain sensitive details, such as nationality, date of birth, religion or health information. We do not ask for these details. Please only include what is relevant to your job search.

3. How we use your information

• To match job seekers with suitable roles and contact them about opportunities.
• To process job applications and share candidate profiles with employers, with the candidate’s permission.
• To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals for employers.
• To provide our HR outsourcing, payroll, PRO, visa, insurance, accounting, recruitment and advisory services.
• To send newsletters and hiring insights to people who have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To run, secure and improve our website, including preventing spam and misuse.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, such as labour, immigration and tax requirements.

4. Legal grounds for using your information

We use personal data only where we have a lawful reason to do so. Depending on the situation, this may be:

• Consent, for example when you submit your CV and tick the consent box, or subscribe to our newsletter. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Taking steps to enter into or perform a contract, for example when we provide services to an employer or process a contractor’s payroll.

• Employers and clients: we only share a candidate’s CV or profile with an employer after discussing the role with the candidate and getting their permission.
• Service providers: companies that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email delivery, IT support and payroll providers. They may only use your data to provide services to us.
• Government authorities: where needed for visas, labour contracts, Emiratisation reporting or where the law requires it.
• Professional advisers: such as lawyers, auditors and insurers, when necessary.
• Business transfers: if our business is reorganised or sold, personal data may be transferred to the new owner under the same protections.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Our clients and candidates are based in many countries, and some of our service providers store data outside the UAE. When we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to make sure it remains protected, as required by applicable law, for example by using contractual safeguards.

7. How long we keep your information

• Candidate CVs and profiles: for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can match you with future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Employer enquiries and client records: for as long as we have a business relationship, and afterwards for the period required by law.
• Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
• Payroll, visa and contract records: for the period required by UAE law.

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

8. How we protect your information

We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including secure connections (HTTPS), restricted access to CVs and applications, random file names for uploaded CVs and limits on who in our team can view candidate data.

No website or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach that affects you, we will act quickly and notify you and the authorities where the law requires it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Ask us to delete your data.
• Object to or ask us to restrict how we use your data.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
• Ask us to transfer your data to another organisation, where applicable.
• Complain to the relevant data protection authority.
